WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. Our Niche and Designer fragrance samples are 100% guaranteed by Decant Atlas to be genuine and authentic perfumes that are hand decanted from the original manufacturers bottle. We cannot guarantee products once they have been opened or used and therefore we do not accept returns. Sometimes postal can be hard on your packages. In the event that you receive a damaged product in the mail, Email us right away (within 3 days of receiving your shipment) with the details and attach a picture of the product as you received it for a replacement. *Replacements will only be issued if an accurate/clear picture of the damage is provided* We are only human and we may make a mistake. In the event that you receive the wrong fragrance, Email us right away (within 3 days of receiving your shipment) with the details and attach a picture of the product as you received it. *Replacements will only be issued if a picture of the full order/ a clear image of the incorrect fragrance is provided* Please inspect your package upon receipt and contact us within 3 days of receiving the shipment if there are any issues with the order. We will not replace or exchange any items or orders 3 days passed the time of receipt. All shipping fees paid to deliver the original order are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless we made an error on your shipment or the goods arrived damaged. We kindly ask that you give 3-5 business days for this transaction to post to your account.

ALL FRAGRANCES ARE 100% REAL! All of our hand decanted fragrances and products are 100% authentic and genuine. They have been purchased from authorized vendors or directly from the manufacturers. We do not sell fake fragrances, knockoffs or imitations. We do not compromise, change or alter the fragrances original state in any way. We simply transfer the liquid into a new atomizer for convenience and sampling purposes.

A decant is another name for the atomizer (or sample bottle). Decanting means to transfer liquid from one place to another. We decant fragrances from their original bottle into smaller sample sized formats.

This depends largely on how much fragrance you use daily. Each sample size has an approximate amount of sprays per bottle. • Economy Atomizer • • 2ml = approx. 30 sprays • 3ml = approx. 45 sprays • 5ml = approx. 75 sprays • 10ml = approx. 150 sprays • 32ml = approx. 480 sprays • Premium Lipstick Atomizers • • 5ml = approx. 90 sprays • 10ml - approx. 180 sprays The shelf life of a sample fragrance is about 3-6 months depending on where & how you store your fragrance.
